Sales Executive post is responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth .The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales for the business using a variety of sales techniques. Duties and responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Prepare proposals in coordination with the technical team according to the customers’ needs , negotiate and agree on sales, prices, contracts and payments Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Promoting new products and any special deals Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team to achieve better results and achieve the sales targets Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service Giving feedback on sales trends Entering all required data for sales onto the company system. Updating the CRM and inputting information on customers. Following up with past customers and cross selling products. Providing assistance to other members of the sales team. Following up on leads generated by other departments. Investigating and resolving queries from customers.
